About Chez Bacchus

Chez Bacchus is an upscale French-inspired farm-to-table restaurant in the Long Beach Arts District. Executive Chef Danny Le (formerly of Napa Rose) composes seasonal California cuisine sourced from local farm partners, including Black Sheep Farms. The wine program is curated by Proprietor and Advanced Sommelier John Hansen (Court of Master Sommeliers) with Master Sommelier Michael Jordan — 60+ selections across 15+ regions, every wine available by the glass and the carafe.

Open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday, 5:00 to 9:30. Afternoon Tea Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 to 2:30. The Chef's Table — a personal dinner composed by Chef Danny — reservations recommended Fri and Sat.
